From the youth union side, participants included Ms. Tran Hai Ninh, Secretary of STAMEQ Youth Union; Mr. Le Manh Hung, Secretary of QUATEST 2 Youth Union; Mr. Nguyen Luu Vinh Khang, Secretary of QUATEST 3 Youth Union; Mr. Vo Xuan Tai, Secretary of QUATEST 4 Youth Union, along with youth members from the participating units.
To express deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the nation’s independence and freedom, the Youth Union offered incense in tribute at the memorial room of President Ho Chi Minh and paid solemn respects at the Dak Lak Provincial Martyrs’ Cemetery. This activity was also part of the commemoration of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day 27/7.

In response to the Action Month for the Environment and the Carbon Neutrality Program, the Youth Union participated in planting trees within the premises of QUATEST 4. The activity contributed to carbon emission reduction, enhanced the working environment and spread the message of green living and sustainable development.

Alongside community-oriented activities, the Youth Union also hosted a seminar titled “AI and English – The Key to Integration for STAMEQ Youth in a Rising Nation Era”, aiming to equip members with knowledge on emerging technology trends and language proficiency—two crucial factors in the era of digital transformation and deep international integration.
At the seminar, youth members from various units engaged in dynamic discussions about opportunities and challenges in approaching artificial intelligence, and shared practical experiences in leveraging AI to improve foreign language learning, particularly in technical and specialized work environments.

These activities not only contributed to raising awareness and social responsibility among youth members but also fostered a spirit of continuous learning and readiness for international integration. It further demonstrated the vital role of the Youth Union in strengthening solidarity and promoting collaboration among units under STAMEQ. The program also created a platform for exchange and mutual understanding among young officials within the Directorate, affirming the proactive and pioneering role of STAMEQ youth in implementing the political missions in this new era.
