MoU Signing Ceremony between QUACERT & REC to help businesses export goods

On August 28, 2019, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Vietnam Certification Centre (QUACERT), under the STAMEQ and the Russian Export Center (REC) took place.

In order to establish a cooperative relationship between the two units, on August 28, REC representatives visited and worked with QUACERT representative on the direction of cooperation and signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two units. Attending the signing ceremony, there were Mr. Pham Le Cuong – Director of Quacert, Mr. Bui Ba Chinh – In charge of the NBC and on the REC side, there were Mr. Andrey Shrayber – Director of International Adaptation of Export Products with experts of REC Center.

Accordingly, QUACERT and REC have agreed on a number of cooperation areas: Food and functional foods; Agricultural; Fertilizer; Cosmetics; Medical equipment; Information Technology; Electronics (equipment and machinery); Building materials; Light industry products and children’s toys; Industrial equipment, machines, machine tools and components.

Russian Export Center (REC) is a joint stock company operating in the field of providing one-stop services for the export of Russian goods, financial and non-financial support for export of refined materials and non-energy. In addition, REC’s activities support the relevant ministries and export agencies, especially advisory services and support for exporters, and procedures for exporting goods.
