MoU signing ceremony of cooperation in the field of quality productivity between STAMEQ and KPC

On August 6, 2019 the signing ceremony of cooperation in the field of quality productivity took place between the Korea Productivity Center (KPC) and STAMEQ.

Mr. Tran Van Vinh – Director General of STAMEQ and Mr. Noh Kyoo Sung – Chairman and CEO of KPC signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Attending the signing ceremony, there were Mr. Ha Minh Hiep – Deputy Director General of STAMEQ and representatives of leaders of some units of STAMEQ. On the side of Korean delegation, there were a number of KPC experts.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Vinh said that the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Korea on cultural, economic and other activities was very close. With that trend, the cooperation between the KPC and the STAMEQ on productivity will surely achieve efficiency. In this cooperation, Mr. Tran Van Vinh also wished to help Vietnam’s productivity activities grow better and hoped to receive the impact and help from the KPC experts, especially the experience of KPC would be deployed and applied in the productivity of quality, goods of Vietnam.

KPC and STAMEQ are all national representatives participating in Asia Productivity Organization (APO). The content of the MoU focused on joint cooperation in information sharing, knowledge, education and training, conducting joint research and projects, and supporting the implementation of the Productivity Master Plan for Vietnam in order to strengthen capacity, to, improve productivity and competitiveness for the mutual benefit of the two countries.

Previously, STAMEQ coordinated with KPC to organize a Seminar on “Technical training and technology 4.0: Innovative solutions to increase productivity in the future”.
