STAMEQ worked with the delegation of CNCA China
On May 28, 2019, STAMEQ had a working session with the delegation of CNCA China.
Attending the meeting, there were Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh – Deputy Director General of STAMEQ, and representatives of some departments: International Cooperation Department, Conformity Assessment Department, Quacert, Quatest.

On the CNCA side, there were Mr. Chen Haiyang – Deputy Director of CNCA and representatives of some units in SAMR, CQC, CNAS.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed and shared the orientation of cooperation between the two countries and CNCA had an introduction of changes in the conformity assessment system of China.
Representatives of CNCA gave a brief introduction about the process of formation, functions and tasks, framework of CCC (China Compulsory Certification) implementation and CCC follow- up reform and adjustment measures, which included: Further streamline and optimize catalog; Extend the scope of self- declaration implementation; Optimize the certification procedures, reduce certification units and the number of certificates; Share information on quality, connect to the national credit platform; Strengthen international cooperation on reciprocal recognition. About the approval for certification bodies, by the end of 2018, over 530 CBs have been approved, including 57 foreign- invested CBs.
Besides, because of the cooperation in certification and accreditation between China-Vietnam, CNCA expressed desire to invite STAMEQ attend “China International Forum on Inspection and Testing” Suzhou China on October 11, 2019.
Regarding cooperation issues in the near future, STAMEQ wanted CNCA to exchange and cooperate in standard fields, especially in standards of helmet.
